This is The Emmanuel College Lacrosse team. This was a fun commission to do. It gave me the opportunity to draw several faces in one image. Not something I get to do often.

Virgo Ago-Go 2014

I guess I never got around to posting this poster. This was for last years Virgo A Go-Go. If you missed it you missed a great time and a great meal, plus a wicked rain storm. I had fun coming up with the jokes for the bands.

John Henry

Another illustration I did for the Dirt Dogs http://bostondirtdogs.boston.com/2014/07/ch-ch-changes.html It is of my man John Henry, there maybe no one I like drawing more then this guy. It is time to finally and reluctantly move past the Patriots incredible season and move back towards baseball. Should be another interesting season for the old town team.

Brady!

All I can say is Wow! Congratulations to the New England Patriots on a great year and another Super Bowl championship. What a fun ride this year has been. This year has felt extra special. How lucky are we to be New England sports fans.

Deflate gate

This is just something I did in response to "Deflate gate."  I think the whole thing is ridiculous. It feels like a witch hunt. It feels like everyone is against the Pats and liken them to an "Evil Empire," with Belichick as the Emperor from the Star Wars films. It has gotten just ridiculous.
 What I kind of like about the whole situation it seems to be galvanizing the team giving them the us vs the world mentality. It should be a great game this coming Sunday and I am truly looking forward to it. Go Pats!   

Gift Caricature

This was done as a gift for a High School graduation. This guy likes paintball, (I think it is) x-box, iphones, taffy,pizza, and Pepsi. Michelle Obama would not be pleased with his diet, but he seems to be an active guy.

Streaking

The 2014 Red Sox were not all bad. They had a streak here and there. Late May/early June they were playing some good ball. This is an illustration of Jonny Gomes Streaking around Boston. This illustration was posted on bostondirtdogs.com , if I remember correctly I did this one late at night and got an early morning edit to correct the word steaking to streaking. darn those late nights and tired eyes. I went steaking later that day and it was delicious.

Wedding Sign in Board

This is a 18x24 guest sign in board. the image is 12x18 with 3" borders all around for signatures and well wishes. It was printed on form core which gives a sturdy surface to sign on.

This is an illustration I did awhile back for a client. I do not know if it was ever used for anything. It was a fun one to do. It is kind of the same idea of yesterdays post.
